Application Procedure

  1. Download the Rental Guidelines (PDF).
  2. Read through everything to make sure the facility will fit your needs.
  3. Contact the Hopkins Activity Center if you have any questions specific to your event.
  4. Submit the Rental Application Request

Confirmation Procedure

Applicants will be notified 2 to 3 working days after the application / request is submitted to inform the applicant that the Activity Center has received their request and the availability of their event date and time.

Written confirmation and an invoice will be sent out upon approval of the applicant’s request. Reservations are not confirmed until applicants have received written confirmation from the Hopkins Activity Center. It is the responsibility of the applicant to make sure they have received their confirmation.
