The City of Hopkins will be hosting students from Ukraine, including Hopkins' sister city Boryspil, on Wednesday, August 16. The students will tour City facilities to learn about local government and public service, and will end the day attending the City Council meeting. The students are in Minnesota as part of Global Synergy Group's Youth Leadership Engagement and Development (YouLEAD) program.
