The intersection of Excelsior Boulevard and Blake Road will be closed Friday, June 15, beginning at 8 p.m., through the evening of Wednesday, June 20, while City contractors work to install sewer and water utilities in the area. Commuters are advised to use the posted detour as measures will be put into place to prevent cut-through traffic on local roads.
