The Hopkins City Council on Tuesday, November 14 canvassed the election results of the 2023 municipal election.
Patrick Hanlon was elected Mayor for a two-year term. Ben Goodlund and Brian Hunke were elected to four-year terms on the Hopkins City Council.
A recount was been requested for one of the Hopkins City Council seats, which was completed November 20. Ben Goodlund received 886 votes and Aaron Kuznia received 884 votes.
The recount results remain unofficial until the Hopkins City Council meets to canvas the results on Tuesday, November 21, at 6:30 p.m., at Hopkins City Hall.
