All dogs must be leashed when using trails and sidewalks in the City. Leashed dogs are also welcome to use park facilities.
Unfortunately, Hopkins does not have an off-leash dog park. There are, however, several nearby dog park options in neighboring communities. Please familiarize yourself with the regulations required for each dog park.
