You need to schedule the event a week in advance and will be contacted by Public Works staff once the event has been reviewed. Public Works will need to know the approximate location of items removed from the park once the event is over. If you need to utilize the garbage pickers and bags, an additional checkout form is required during pickup at Hopkins Public Works, 11100 Excelsior Blvd.
